Not what I expected

I stayed for 4 nights in a king room. The place was kinda outdated, like 70's vibes with old furniture, which wasn’t what I hoped for. The staff were mostly nice, but had a weird moment when I grabbed a plastic spoon from the breakfast area and got yelled at. Also, the breakfast music was so loud it was hard to chat! Beds were comfy, though.

great central spot for shopping and parks

I appreciated the convenient access to Ontario Mills Outlet, just a short walk of about 500 meters, where I could enjoy a range of shops and eateries. Milliken Park, which is ideal for a relaxing stroll surrounded by nature. the staff were quite friendly and helpful during my stay, making my experience more comfortable.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel where I was greeted by the wonderful Alejandro at check-in, and I loved the mini fridge and microwave in my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The heated pool and cozy sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after my day out. Just a heads up—the bathroom could use a bit of freshening up, but it didn’t take away from my pleasant stay! 😊

the pool was rather small (a bit cramped for the kids). but the breakfast was really hot and had daily variety (loved the sausage! ). the exercise room was good for a quick workout (and it was well-maintained). parking options were nice too (great for sunny days!

Just a smart choice for a weekend stopover in Ontario with incredible value for money. I slept great despite the dated decor and wore out furnishings. Make sure to manage your expectations on the property’s appearance before you arrive.

Perfect for a lightning stop

Cozy hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast was very good and the location is ideal with several shopping plazas and restaurants within walking distance.

Loved the spacious room with all the essentials, and the location was a dream for grabbing food and shopping. Free parking was a delightful bonus!

But rolling my luggage over those thick carpets felt like I was in a slow-motion race. It’s a workout just to get to the elevator!

I enjoyed the clean and maintained parking area, plus the breakfast had a great variety. However, the room didn't match the photos at all. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

A Mixed Bag Experience

Our stay had its ups and downs. The room was spacious, and the pool area was enjoyable. However, the noise from the lobby during the late hours was distracting. For early departures, confirm shuttle availability in advance. Overall, there’s potential with better service improvements.

The king room was pretty comfy with air conditioning and a microwave for snacks. The bathroom had a shower and basic toiletries, which was nice. I enjoyed the free breakfast with hot options like scrambled eggs. It’s a chill spot with easy access to shopping and dining nearby.

The hotel showed signs of wear and poor maintenance. The carpet in the hallway was difficult to navigate with luggage due to its condition. There were also ongoing renovations that led to some inconveniences, such as uncertain elevator access.

However, the cleanliness standards left much to be desired. I found some dust bunnies and a musty smell lingering in my room that didn't really go away. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, making it a hassle to get any work done, and I could hear the neighbors above me like they were in my room—definitely not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep. The elevator was also out of service during my stay, which was an inconvenience, especially for those hauling luggage.

The Country Inn provided a convenient location for my business travel, with comfortable beds that ensured I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were substantial, featuring freshly made items and a variety of beverages that catered to different tastes. Additionally, the staff were generally pleasant, especially one team member who was attentive and ensured breakfast supplies were always fresh.
